PHGreat54 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service provided through the PHGreat54 platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, esports wagering, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and the PHGreat54 referral programme — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2Eligibility

To register and use PHGreat54, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

3Account Registration

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. PHGreat54 reserves the right to request supporting documents — such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or utility bill — to verify your identity at any stage.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PHGreat54 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. PHGreat54 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

PHGreat54 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on PHGreat54 are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Minimum withdrawal: ₱200.
• Funds deposited to your PHGreat54 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the same account, or to an account that has been fully verified in your name. PHGreat54 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• PHGreat54 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal, including requesting documentation to confirm the source of funds. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and is not an indication of wrongdoing.
• Withdrawal processing times are subject to the payment method selected. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one hour during regular business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. Major jackpot withdrawals may require additional verification and are handled on a priority basis by PHGreat54's finance team.
• PHGreat54 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside PHGreat54's control.

5Bonuses and Promotions

PHGreat54 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless individual promotion terms specify otherwise:

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per new PHGreat54 member. Attempting to claim new member bonuses on multiple accounts is considered fraud and will result in account closure.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds or associated wagering progress not completed before the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account.
• PHGreat54 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members with active bonuses at the time of cancellation will be notified of the outcome.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply across all PHGreat54 game and betting categories, including casino games (baccarat, slots, jackpot slots, Color Game) and sports/esports betting markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. PHGreat54 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet, except where a clear system error has occurred on PHGreat54's end.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, PHGreat54 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the stake to your account. No additional compensation will be provided.

7Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

PHGreat54 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any activity that undermines the integrity of its platform. The following actions constitute serious violations and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live or multiplayer formats.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with PHGreat54's games or betting markets.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies or promotional mechanics to guarantee a mathematical profit with no genuine risk. This includes but is not limited to matched betting using PHGreat54 bonus funds.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using PHGreat54 to process or obscure the origin of illegally obtained funds. PHGreat54 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to authorities.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false identity, using another person's payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of legitimate transactions made on PHGreat54.

PHGreat54 monitors all account activity for irregular patterns. Accounts under investigation may be temporarily restricted pending review. Members are encouraged to contact support if they believe a restriction has been applied in error.

8Account Suspension and Closure

PHGreat54 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time for any of the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, PHGreat54 will process withdrawal of the verified available balance to the member's registered payment method.

You may also request voluntary closure of your PHGreat54 account at any time by contacting our support team. Your request will be processed within five business days, and any remaining balance subject to no active bonus conditions will be returned to you.

9Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, game assets, and other material accessible through the PHGreat54 platform are the intellectual property of PHGreat54 or its licensors.
